Why Drop The Extra 5 to 10 Pounds?

Most of us carry an extra 5 to 10 pounds of extra fat. We might not be considered “overweight” with just a couple of extra pounds of fat, but that doesn’t mean we should keep it on. Research shows that you can increase your overall health by losing the extra fat (that is, if you actually have extra fat to get rid of).
