Quick Workout
Short on time? I think we can all relate…but just remember this: A quick workout is better than NO workout.
There have been crazy-busy days where I just don’t have a half-hour or an hour to go to the gym to do a warm up, stretch, workout, cool down, and then stretch again. On days like that, I focus on just getting a quick workout in. You may think that it’s worthless, but it’s really not.
Research shows you can achieve more progress in a mere 15 minutes of interval training (done three times a week) than the girl jogging on the treadmill for an hour.
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT or just Interval Training) is a GREAT way to get or stay in shape for those who have limited amount of time to dedicate to working out.
