Kim Kardashian gave birth to her daughter North West in June, and since then, Kim has been seen out flaunting her post-baby body. Recently, Kim reveals her post-baby diet to a fan via twitter.
Kim Kardashian’s Post-Baby Weight Loss
Kim Kardashian had a fan ask her what her secret to weight loss was, after having a baby. Kim Kardashian tweeted back that she has been on the Atkin’s diet and is loving it. See the tweet below:
The Atkins Diet is a low-carb diet, and I’m sure that with so many people seeing Kim Kardashian successfully losing weight after having a baby, more people are going to try the diet.
But…should they?

Update 10/16/2013: Kim Kardashian has been doing pilates. So far, Kim has shed about 25 pounds since she has had her baby girl.
