If you are trying to lose weight, here are some great recipes to help you with your healthy weight loss efforts. Oh, and you don’t have to go on some kind of a juice fast to benefit from these healthy juice recipes.
Juicing for Weight Loss
For each of these juicing recipes, just go ahead and combine all ingredients and drink up! If you have a Vitamix® or Blendtec® – that’s even better since you can enjoy the health benefits of the whole fruit or vegetable. 4 Granny Smith Apples
4 Cups of Spinach
2 Kale Leaves

1 Lemon (peeled or not)

Mean Green Juice
