Exercise is for People of ALL sizes It drives me nuts when people say that I don’t need to exercise or eat healthy because I’m already at a healthy weight. Depending on who is asking me, I’ll ask them two very important questions. 1) How do you think I became this weight? 2) How do you think I stay at this weight?
