You Can’t Out-Exercise A Bad Diet
You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. Yes, exercise is great for your overall health and fantastic for weight loss, but if your diet is horrible – you still won’t be able to lose weight. I have had clients who continued to snack on junk food and drink beer on the weekends. They thought it wasn’t that big of a deal and they didn’t think that the calories would add up. Guess again! Those calories really do add up, and ultimately will cost you your weight loss success. Exercise regularly. Eat healthy consistently (perhaps you’ll find that the 90/10 rule works for you). Believe you will achieve your overall health goals. You will see results! Slow and steady wins the race, right? ;) Feel free to follow us, however you...
Read MoreEat To Meet Long Term Goals
Food is fuel. You put the right food into your body more often than not, and your body will function properly – the way it was built to do. However, if you eat too much junk – to satisfy your cravings – you are much more likely to experience undesired results, such as obesity or more frequent illnesses. “Eat to meet long term goals, not short term satisfaction.” Someone once told me that eating cake would last a few minutes, but the extra fat on her body could last months – or longer. When you put it in perspective like that, the short term satisfaction just isn’t worth it. I am not willing to risk my overall health for just a few moments…are you? Of course, we all crave something sweet now and again. I get it. My advice?...

I think that Jennifer Aniston looks amazing. No matter what her age is, she continues to show us that you can look great well into your 40’s and beyond – if you continue to live a healthy lifestyle. So what exactly does Jennifer Aniston do to look the way she does? It’s pretty simple, really. “I eat really well and I work out, but I also indulge when I want to. I don’t starve myself in an extremist way. My advice: just stop eating sh*t every day.” – Jennifer Aniston For me, this advice is completely realistic. No starvation. No extreme diets. You still get to indulge. Overall, you just eat more good foods than the bad ones. It’s all about moderation and finding what works for you. Feel free to follow us, however you...
