Ingredients: 3 cups Water 1/8 tsp Sea Salt 1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats 2 tbsp Maple Syrup 1 tbsp chopped Pecans Instructions: Step 1) Heat the water and sea salt and bring to a boil. Step 2) Slowly stir in the steel cut oats. Step 3) Reduce heat to medium and continue stirring oats until desired texture. Ingredients: 3 cups Plain Yogurt 1/2 cup sliced Strawberries 1/2 cup Blueberries 1/2 cup Raspberries 1 tbsp chopped Walnuts Instructions: Step 1) Add some yogurt into each container and top with mixed berries. Repeat this step until each container is full. Step 2) Add chopped walnuts on top of the parfait, as a garnish.
