Don’t buy junk food and frozen dinners. When you are hungry, that’s what you’ll eat. Do you have kids? That’s still not a reason to buy junk food. Folks, it’s time to learn how to do the push-up correctly. How To Do The Perfect Push-Up In addition to having correct form during the exercise, it’s important to maintain a 4-2-1 tempo. This means that you go down slowly for 4 seconds, hold for two seconds, and then go back up in 1 second.
