SLT is one of the toughest new workout trends that is making waves – and for good reason, too. It’s pretty hardcore and produces amazing results (as we can tell from 41 year old Sofia Vergara).
How to Achieve Amazing Fitness Results
If you want to see results with your fitness routine, you don’t necessarily have to do SLT (though, it wouldn’t hurt). The best thing you can do is be consistent with your exercise routine. Make things fun. Mix things up. Most importantly, never give up. Consistency is key.
