A certain amount of stress is normal and even good for you. However, most adults are experiencing too much stress, which has a very negative impact on your health.
I personally have experienced extreme amounts of stress in my life, and had to pay a high price for it – my health. For those of you who know me personally or have followed my blog for awhile now, you know that I have had some issues with my back. I believe the reason I had herniated and bulged discs in my lower back (at the age of 23!) is because I didn’t know how to handle stress appropriately.
